Completes training under Store and District Manager supervision to learn daily store operations, employee management, coaching, training, customer service, and policy compliance before transitioning into a Store Manager role.

Works at an assigned store location to support safe, customer-focused, and profitable operations. Responsibilities include cash handling, operating registers and computer consoles, cleaning and maintaining lighting and fixtures, stocking inventory, preventing theft and shrinkage, and assisting customers. Requires flexible availability for weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays, plus the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
