The Operations Assistant manages dispatch coordination, driver performance, address verification, and communication between teams to ensure efficient delivery operations.

Coordinate daily with delivery service providers (DSPs) and drivers to ensure route readiness, attendance, and compliance. Execute morning dispatch (route preparation, device checks, briefings), assign redeliveries, handle exception packages, verify and correct addresses, and provide real-time communication and reports to dispatch, warehouse, and management to prevent backlog and improve operations.

The role involves designing and maintaining scalable software, leading technical projects, mentoring engineers, and influencing technology direction at UniUni.
