Recruits finance and accounting professionals for client opportunities while developing relationships with finance leaders. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating candidates, managing job orders, advising hiring managers, negotiating salaries, marketing services, cross-selling business lines, and achieving sales goals. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of staffing, recruiting, or consulting experience, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Lead business development for finance and accounting staffing and consulting engagements. Build and manage client relationships with senior financial leaders, develop target accounts, source and oversee fulfillment of interim and project roles (audit, tax, FP&A, M&A, etc.), monitor market/hiring trends, and collaborate with recruitment teams to meet revenue goals.

Lead a recruiting and business development practice for accounting and finance interim solutions: build a book of business, manage and coach a high-performing recruiting team, drive client relationships and project delivery across audit, FP&A, M&A, tax, and implementations.
