Build and operate Valence's shared platform primitives (auth, routing, LLM gateway, deployment, observability, SLOs) to enable safe, scalable, and compliant delivery of AI-first products. Implement CI/CD gates, progressive delivery, rollback automation, security guardrails, region-aware routing, and developer-facing templates and tooling.

Own a company-level strategic product bet from concept through adoption: define strategy and metrics, build executive conviction, design AI-native workflows, run analyses and prototypes, ship cross-project outcomes, improve org shipping practices, and mentor other PMs.

Lead and own AWS infrastructure for an LLM-powered enterprise coaching product. Design scalable IaC (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD, autoscaling, networking and security (SIEM, EDR/XDR). Optimize costs, ensure high availability, collaborate with application and AI teams, and implement enterprise-grade security and compliance for Fortune 500 deployments.

Lead day-to-day GRC operations: manage audits and certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001/42001), maintain risk register and controls, coordinate assessments and evidence collection, support customer security questionnaires and due diligence, partner with Engineering to implement technical controls, and build scalable governance processes.
