Owns general ledger accounting and month-end close for a manufacturing facility, including labor journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, cash book management, and audit support. Provides FP&A variance analysis and reporting assistance while supporting standard costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing variance analysis, and inventory counts. The role also strengthens close processes and internal controls while working onsite with operations and plant personnel.

Leads the Quality Engineering team for machining, sheet metal, and electro-mechanical manufacturing. Oversees quality planning, validation, investigations, CAPA, MRB support, process capability, inspection systems, supplier quality, audits, and continual improvement. Coaches engineers, manages quality metrics, supports new product introduction and manufacturing transfers, and ensures compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, 21 CFR Part 820, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Lead planning, purchasing, and logistics across three California sites. Build supply chain processes and MRP best practices, drive production scheduling, capacity planning, inventory reduction, strategic sourcing, supplier performance, warehouse optimization, and talent development. Act as primary customer communicator and collaborate with corporate COE on S&OP and analytics to improve supply chain maturity.

Lead facility-wide lean transformation by planning and facilitating kaizen events, training and mentoring staff, implementing VOS/lean tools, tracking KPIs and cost savings, and supporting new product introductions and process improvements to drive quality, flow, and sustained operational gains.

Oversee the Sheet Metal department, manage production, quality, and operational excellence initiatives for improved efficiency, and ensure customer satisfaction.
