Lead and grow Varick's engineering organization, set platform architecture, ship production AI agents and agent orchestration, run multi-client deployments, own infrastructure (Kubernetes, IaC, cloud), and balance rapid shipping with reliability and enterprise-grade safety.

Lead end-to-end client AI engagements: run executive cadences with CFOs/COOs, manage Forward Deployed teams, scope projects with clear ROI, ensure deployments ship and scale, expand accounts, and codify learnings into company playbooks.
