Owns end-to-end 4D/5D client engagements: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships. Validates scope, sets budgets and toolchains, governs delivery cadence and quality, leads stakeholder reviews, and mentors staff while managing engagement risk and profitability.

Manage BIM/VDC setup, QA/QC, and client services for electrical trade. Oversee project startup, document management, clash review, modeling support, team coordination, and site visits. Support PMs on pricing/changes, develop tools, and ensure constructible solutions and model accuracy.

Lead BIM/VDC efforts for mechanical scopes from kickoff through installation, managing model development, coordination, QA/QC, estimating, change management, and client relationships. Mentor BIM specialists, conduct site visits, perform clash detection in Navisworks/Revit, support prefabrication and cost proposals, and ensure constructability and project delivery on complex mechanical construction projects.

Lead and improve project administration, billing integrity, and contract administration during an ERP migration. Manage PA leads and administrators, author ERP-native SOPs, validate system configuration against operational workflows, perform monthly billing reconciliation and root-cause analysis, and coordinate cross-functionally with PMs and Accounting to ensure compliance and accurate revenue realization.
