Design warehouse layouts, capacity models, and lineside presentation; implement NetSuite WMS workflows, SOPs, and training; deploy replenishment systems (Kanban/JIT); perform data-driven analytics and hands-on equipment commissioning to improve safety, throughput, and inventory accuracy.

Lead R&D design, development, and validation of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage, fire/life safety) for closed-panel modular homes. Integrate MEP into prototypes, factory fabrication, and field construction; develop layouts, routing, DFMA-aware details, test plans, and validation methods; perform root-cause analysis and collaborate cross-functionally to scale manufacturable, installable, and code-compliant solutions.
