Compensation + Benefits
Offers 401(K)
VelocityEHS provides employees access to a retirement plan that accepts both pre-tax and post-tax deferrals. Employees are able to direct their own investments.
Offers disability insurance
All full-time VelocityEHS employees receive company-paid Short-Term Disability (60% weekly, up to $1,500) and Long-Term Disability (60% monthly, up to $15,000) insurance.

VelocityEHS 401(K) retirement plan matches 50% of an employee's contribution up to 5% of their annual base salary.

VelocityEHS offers three medical plans for employees to choose from, including a HDHP and two PPO options. Medical coverage is offered through a nationwide network with affordable employee premiums.

VelocityEHS provides one vision plan for employees. The plan covers annual eye exams for a $10 copay and has a generous allowance for Frames and Lenses.
