Lead strategic business development across an assigned territory to increase specification standing and penetrate owner/engineer accounts. Execute market-box strategies, gather project intelligence, develop specifications/guidelines, manage project handoffs with commercial sales, leverage Salesforce, build industry relationships, monitor competitors and trends, and travel as required.

Develop, test, document, support, and improve software applications for Victaulic’s Virtual Design and Construction team. Responsibilities include database design and replication, requirements analysis, code reviews, quality assurance, troubleshooting, technical support, performance optimization, and collaboration with stakeholders, customers, vendors, and IT teams. The role also involves creating development plans, delivering application presentations, and supporting software compatibility across piping and design workflows.

Execute AI use-case, vendor, model, agentic AI, and generative AI risk assessments; administer Credo AI workflows; develop governance processes, risk classifications, controls, and reporting; evaluate AI contracts; monitor regulatory frameworks; and advise governance committees while partnering with Legal, Cybersecurity, Procurement, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

Outside sales role responsible for territory development and account management. Learn and promote Victaulic products, pursue projects from design through commissioning, coordinate internal support, build relationships with contractors, engineers, and distributors, deliver jobsite training and demos, meet sales targets, and travel within the assigned territory.
