Integrate multi-omic datasets, benchmark tools, partner with engineers to productionize workflows, and deliver rigorous biological interpretation, reports, and partner-facing deliverables.

Support large-scale human tissue culture workflows and automated platform operations: maintain primary cell cultures, perform 3D tissue seeding and molecular/cellular assays (ELISA, flow cytometry, staining, imaging), operate and troubleshoot automated/robotic workflows, document experiments in ELNs, and collaborate across bioengineering, robotics, and software teams to optimize scalable, reproducible assays.

Lead development and deployment of large-scale generative and multimodal ML models (Transformers, Diffusion) for high-throughput biomedical imaging and multi-omics. Build petabyte-scale MLOps pipelines on cloud/HPC, collaborate with biologists and engineers, ensure scientific rigor, mentor teammates, and deliver production-ready, scalable AI solutions that drive therapeutic discovery.

Lead development, optimization, and scaling of complex human in vitro tissue models. Design and execute rigorous multimodal experiments (imaging, transcriptomics, proteomics, flow cytometry), translate models into automated, high-throughput workflows, troubleshoot variability, establish SOPs, collaborate across engineering, AI, and translational teams, mentor junior scientists, and maintain reproducible scientific documentation to support therapeutic discovery.

Build polished, high-performance React/TypeScript web applications and end-to-end features using FastAPI and Postgres. Lead frontend architecture, state management, and UX for data-dense scientific workflows. Collaborate with scientists, robotics, and AI teams, leverage LLMs to accelerate prototyping, ensure testable, secure code, and mentor junior engineers while shipping production-ready tooling for laboratory automation and imagery workflows.
