Sell Vizcom to midmarket accounts by building territory plans, prospecting, presenting demos, negotiating and closing deals, managing renewals and expansions, updating CRM, collaborating with internal teams, and attending onsite customer and industry events.

Generate and qualify leads via outbound email, social, and calling; handle inbound lead outreach; set meetings for AEs; manage CRM data; collaborate with marketing and sales to test lead strategies. Hybrid role based in San Francisco.

Provide high-trust executive support to the CEO: manage calendar, communications, travel, expenses, and board logistics; liaise with investors and team; handle light personal support; maintain discretion and proactively solve problems while partnering with operations leaders on cross-functional initiatives.

Lead end-to-end platform reliability: define SLIs/SLOs, harden production architecture, ensure Kubernetes runtime and queue safety, run incident command for Sev1/Sev2, own observability/on-call/runbooks, and gate risky releases while delivering a prioritized reliability roadmap.
