Build systems that capture professional design activity and convert it into training-grade preference data. Own product instrumentation, pipelines from canvas to warehouse to training sets, dataset contracts, lineage, reproducibility, privacy boundaries, consent, and feedback collection. Partner closely with product engineers and researchers to ship new signals, make ambiguous behavioral data accurate, and ensure datasets and training results are traceable and repeatable.

Research Engineer responsible for developing and productionizing post-training methods for diffusion and flow models, including reward modeling, preference optimization, supervised fine-tuning, distillation, and reinforcement learning. The role owns research planning, evaluation standards, training pipelines, and the feedback loop between model behavior and product data. Models will be deployed to professional designers, requiring rigorous engineering, reproducible evaluations, and close collaboration with product and founders.

Owner of full-funnel demand generation for enterprise SaaS: design and run multi-channel programs, ABM, events, sales enablement, paid acquisition, and reporting. Build pipeline, optimize MQL-to-SQL conversion, manage marketing tech stack (HubSpot, intent tools, ad platforms), and partner closely with Sales to hit revenue targets and scale the demand gen function.

The Senior Software Engineer will architect and deliver backend systems, optimize API performance, and mentor teammates while tackling various distributed system challenges.

Sell Vizcom to midmarket accounts by building territory plans, prospecting, presenting demos, negotiating and closing deals, managing renewals and expansions, updating CRM, collaborating with internal teams, and attending onsite customer and industry events.
