Build Wafer’s marketing function and accelerate growth across positioning, brand, content, founder-led social, launches, communications, events, customer storytelling, website distribution, and measurement. The role works closely with founders, engineers, customers, and partners to turn technical developments into compelling commercial assets, establish the company’s voice, create community relationships, and identify scalable marketing programs.

Work directly with the CEO to drive ambiguous, high-priority initiatives to completion across operations, customer relationships, recruiting, finance, legal, strategy, vendors, and special projects. The role will establish lightweight systems, resolve bottlenecks, coordinate stakeholders, support hiring and customer engagement, translate technical context, and ensure critical company priorities do not fall through the cracks.

Own top-of-funnel outbound GTM for AI-native companies running production inference: perform 80+ touches/day across channels, build and iterate multi-step sequences, book qualified first meetings that convert to benchmarks, coordinate with the closer and engineer before meetings, report weekly metrics, and keep the CRM current.
