Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Manage account kickoffs, deployments, stakeholder alignment, time-to-value, usage growth, commercial conversations, and renewals. Identify expansion opportunities, build lightweight automation and tooling, and provide product insights from customer usage. The role is highly autonomous, in-person in Redwood City five days per week, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Lead product at an early-stage, AI-native B2B SaaS: own roadmap, prioritization, launch cadence, discovery, and ticket hygiene. Embed in customer calls, enforce milestones, drive estimate accuracy, and institutionalize product discipline across engineering and GTM.

Design and maintain scalable backend data systems, schemas, migrations, and high-throughput job pipelines. Build customer-facing product features, guide other engineers on data and API patterns, plan migrations/backfills, and ensure reliability and performance as usage grows.

First sales hire responsible for top-of-funnel prospecting into mid-market food & beverage brands, running discovery calls, qualifying pain, crafting messaging with the CEO, building repeatable outbound/inbound processes, and shaping the sales playbook.

Own full-stack features end-to-end for a TypeScript/Node/React product: scope, build, ship, and iterate. Make architectural and infrastructure decisions, raise engineering quality (testing, observability, code review), work directly with PM/designer/founder, integrate AI tooling, and engage customers to validate and shape the product.
