Build and maintain Wayve's bespoke embedded Linux distribution and kernel drivers for the on-road development fleet. Develop high-reliability C/C++ systems, enable remote observability and diagnostics, optimize fault tolerance and performance, and collaborate with product, hardware, and field teams to support data collection and on-road experimentation.

Develop and maintain high-performance C++ software for embedded Linux automotive devices. Integrate sensors, implement data capture, ensure soft real-time operation, fault tolerance, diagnostics, and performance monitoring at fleet scale. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data and interfaces for ML training and edge inference.

Lead Wayve's US public policy strategy, engaging with federal and state agencies to advocate for regulations that support testing and deployment of autonomous vehicles.
