The Manager of Office Services oversees San Francisco office operations, improves administrative programs, manages vendor relationships, events, budgets, and ensures office appearance and hospitality readiness.

Serve as regional technical lead and senior escalation for desktop, mobile, and conference technologies. Provide advanced troubleshooting, hands-on resolution, Zoom/AV support, laptop provisioning, MDM (Intune), document access, and ticketing. Distribute work, mentor team members, support onboarding/offboarding, identify process improvements, and collaborate across offices to ensure consistent support and clear user communication.

Support corporate attorneys with transactional and governance work: organize diligence and closing files, prepare execution/signature packets, maintain minute books and stock records, coordinate filings and document retrieval, research public records, draft corporate documents, track billable time, and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Support legal recruiting, HR onboarding, and office administration for Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices. Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, travel, and the Summer Associate Program; manage onboarding, HRIS records, status changes, benefits inquiries, and routine HR tasks. Provide general administrative support and event coordination to ensure smooth office operations.

Provide advanced legal and competitive research for California offices, handling routine and complex requests, creating alerts, evaluating and implementing research technologies, training attorneys and new hires, and presenting concise research deliverables. Support litigation, IP, and corporate research needs while contributing to tool adoption and knowledge-sharing.
