The IPTS Paralegal supports litigation matters by managing case files, pleadings, databases, dockets, discovery, document reviews, privilege logs, court filings, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation. The role involves legal research, cite-checking, exhibit and witness preparation, database maintenance, and coordination with attorneys, vendors, witnesses, judges, and court staff. The paralegal must manage multiple deadlines accurately, collaborate effectively, and work overtime or travel as needed.

Provides comprehensive administrative and technical support to corporate attorneys, including calendar and contact management, travel coordination, meeting planning, phone and client support, document preparation, time entry, billing assistance, expense reporting, legal research, and file maintenance. Requires strong organization, confidentiality, judgment, communication, multitasking, and proficiency with legal and office applications. The role supports the Redwood Shores office with occasional backup coverage for San Francisco and may require overtime.

Leads AI and legal technology enablement across West Coast law firm offices. Designs training curricula, academies, workshops, communications, and adoption campaigns; manages change initiatives; builds attorney stakeholder relationships; analyzes usage data; reports progress and risks; and promotes responsible, habitual technology adoption among attorneys and practice groups.
