Oversee and ensure accurate, timely scheduling of participant appointments; troubleshoot and resolve escalations; audit scheduling data for quality and compliance; perform administrative and compliance tasks; directly supervise and coach scheduling staff; monitor productivity and adherence to policies; ensure professional, timely communication with participants, families, providers, and internal teams.

Perform retrospective and concurrent coding for PACE dual participants, conduct pre- and post-visit chart reviews, oversee audits, and deliver provider education to ensure CMS HCC coding compliance. Collaborate with the Coding Supervisor to identify HCC education opportunities and promote accurate, well-documented ICD-10 coding.

Lead complex employee relations investigations and high-risk terminations, advise leadership and Legal on policy and risk mitigation, support performance management and leave/accommodation-related ER cases, develop ER training and scalable practices, and analyze ER data to identify trends and reduce organizational risk.
