Owns wellbeing engagement strategy for more than 1,000 SMB accounts through scalable digital campaigns, webinars, nurture sequences, self-service toolkits, and automated journeys. Analyzes campaign and usage data to identify behavioral trends, develop strategic recommendations, and improve subscriber growth and employee activation. Serves as the engagement subject matter expert while partnering with leadership, Sales, Client Success, CX, and Digital Solutions teams.

Design and scale 0-to-1 commercial GTM playbooks for supply-side partnerships. Model partner performance and ROI, deploy AI-driven workflows and automation, bridge partners to Finance/Legal/Product/Ops, run rapid pilots, and optimize contract terms to drive network expansion and cost savings.

Develop and execute scalable US engagement and marketing strategies that increase user adoption across client portfolios. Plan communications through HR channels, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, analyze client performance data to refine strategy, manage timelines, and oversee branding assets while maintaining consistent messaging and visual identity.

Build and launch Wellhub's Channel Marketing program: define processes, tiered partner strategies, create partner-facing assets, run major partner events, coordinate cross-functional activation, and track channel performance and ROI.
