Provide LIMS technical support in a GMP/GxP environment: manage support tickets, troubleshoot application-level issues, perform account and audit-trail maintenance, support upgrades and user acceptance testing, update SOPs, recommend system/process improvements, and liaise with Level 3 administrators to resolve escalations.

Provide day-to-day application support for GLIMS/LIMS used by QC labs: troubleshoot incidents, manage user access, support instrument interfaces, assist with configuration and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ, UAT), document changes, and ensure GMP/CSV/data integrity compliance while liaising with QA, IT, and vendors.
