Oversee accounting, reporting, forecasting, reconciliation, compliance, and closeout activities for grants and reimbursable contracts. Prepare grant budgets, financial statements, variance analyses, revenue projections, and expenditure forecasts. Support annual budgeting, pre- and post-award processes, transaction reviews, and program staff training. The role requires collaboration with finance and program teams while maintaining compliance with funding requirements, accounting standards, and organizational policies.

Serves as the welcoming front desk representative, greeting clients and visitors, managing calls, mail, packages, calendars, office inventory, parking passes, and paycheck distribution. Coordinates facilities, events, safety responses, and administrative support across clinical, finance, and training departments. Requires advanced bilingual Spanish-English communication, confidentiality, strong multitasking, and proficiency with office and collaboration software.

Oversee payroll accounting operations, including journal entries, payroll and benefits reconciliations, general ledger reviews, tax filings, and 403(b) administration. Serve as backup for full-cycle payroll processing, support financial close activities, and ensure compliance with payroll, benefits, retirement, and accounting requirements. Partner with HR, payroll, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and improve HRIS and ERP workflows.

Execute core accounting tasks including program billing, AR follow-up, cash receipts recording, donation tracking, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations, insurance certificate verification, AP backup support, and special projects to maintain accurate financial records.
