Analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate closing of complex commercial loans. Monitor and manage credit risk in relationship managers' portfolios, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, present financing requests for approval, coordinate loan processing, and provide superior client service and portfolio upkeep.

Underwrite senior secured credit facilities for private-equity-backed companies across software, tech, healthcare IT and business services. Own deal screening, build multi-scenario Excel financial models, prepare Investment Committee loan presentations, monitor portfolio performance, participate in sponsor/management calls, and support deal structuring and covenant negotiations.

Analyze and maintain financial data for current and prospective borrowers, prepare credit studies and loan packages, perform sensitivity and collateral analysis, collaborate with bank teams on treasury and legal matters, monitor loan disbursements and third-party reporting, and produce credit department reports to inform lending decisions.

Advise commercial clients on trade finance solutions (LCs, SBLCs, EXIM loans), structure transactions, manage issuance/amendments and settlements, assess country/counterparty/document risk, ensure UCP 600/ISP98 and OFAC/AML compliance, support credit underwriting, operations, product development, and internal training.

Lead development and execution of the bank's 3-year strategic plan, partnering with executives to prioritize initiatives, align KPIs/KRIs and budgets, integrate strategy with capital, risk, technology and operational planning, evaluate market and competitive trends, and support executive reviews. Drive intake, alignment, and prioritization of enterprise initiatives, advise on transformation efforts, and manage cross-functional stakeholder expectations. Role requires periodic travel for offsite planning and industry events.

Support Global Markets Middle Office across FX, Interest Rate Derivatives, and Trade Finance. Perform transaction validation, reconciliations, reporting, controls, regulatory and audit support, system administration, CRM case management, and vendor/audit coordination. Produce regular risk and performance reports and assist with settlement discrepancy resolution and application testing.

Drive adoption of HOA payment and integration solutions by analyzing Community Management Companies' processes, performing usage and gap assessments, creating improvement and training plans, supporting bank transitions, collaborating with product managers, assisting sales prospecting, and producing post-engagement reports.
