Provides executive administrative support to bank executives by managing calendars, travel, meetings, emails, expenses, reports, presentations, and business priorities. Serves as a confidential liaison between executives and stakeholders, resolves complex requests, and supports business initiatives using office technology. May lead, hire, coach, and develop an administrative team. Requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and occasional travel.

Develops foreign exchange sales opportunities, builds client and internal relationships, reviews portfolios for FX needs, communicates market trends, delivers presentations and eFX demonstrations, manages CRM pipelines, coordinates onboarding, and supports client FX program growth while following compliance and governance requirements.

Analyze and maintain financial data for current and prospective borrowers, prepare credit studies and loan packages, perform sensitivity and collateral analysis, collaborate with bank teams on treasury and legal matters, monitor loan disbursements and third-party reporting, and produce credit department reports to inform lending decisions.

Lead analysis, structuring, underwriting, and closing of complex commercial loans. Monitor and manage loan portfolios, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, coordinate with Relationship Managers, prepare credit presentations for approval, and support loan processing and customer service for mid-market commercial clients.

Manage and monitor commercial loan portfolios: analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate closings for complex loans; ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations; support Relationship Manager and VP in credit approvals, loan processing, and customer service.
