The Community Associate will manage front desk operations, engage with members, provide customer service, and support community events and building operations.

Serve as on-site Community Lead delivering excellent member experience through engagement, onboarding, events, and building operations. Handle member retention, issue resolution, tours, move-ins/outs, safety reporting, and coordinate with Sales and operations teams to maintain building standards.

Serve as the on-site, weekday-facing representative for members and guests: greet and register visitors, manage front desk operations (mail/packages, keys, check-ins), maintain space appearance, support community engagement, promote WeWork services, and assist Community Management with building operations and incidents.
