Leads and architects a multidisciplinary engineering organization spanning electrical, firmware, mobile, software, and cloud systems. Provides hands-on technical leadership in system architecture, design reviews, troubleshooting, quality standards, and secure development. Recruits and mentors engineering teams, manages external vendors and manufacturers, oversees budgets and deliverables, and partners with product, quality, regulatory, and operations teams to deliver reliable connected healthcare products from development through mass production.

Lead design assurance, risk management (FMEA/ISO 14971), and V&V activities for medical and consumer products. Maintain DHFs, support regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR, EU MDR, IEC standards), drive design transfer/manufacturing readiness, supplier quality, and continuous improvement of quality systems and SOPs.

Leads cross-functional new product introduction programs for connected medical devices from concept through launch and sustaining. Coordinates hardware, firmware, software, regulatory, quality, clinical, and manufacturing teams; manages requirements, schedules, budgets, risks, design controls, DHF milestones, phase gates, connectivity workstreams, design transfer, and manufacturing readiness. Communicates program status and recommendations to leadership while removing obstacles and driving stakeholder alignment.

Lead end-to-end global demand planning and forecasting across channels and regions. Develop 18-month SKU-level forecasts, drive S&OP alignment, analyze forecast accuracy (MAPE, bias), identify risks/opportunities, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply, and Finance, and improve systems and processes.
