Conduct customer research, define requirements and success metrics, translate food intelligence and AI capabilities into products, coordinate Science, Data, and Engineering teams, lead agile ceremonies, manage partner pilots, and support demos, RFPs, and commercial growth.

Lead WISEcode’s data platform and engineering teams to build AI-native, secure, observable data products. Replace single-gatekeeper deploys, enforce gold-by-code quality, implement medallion architecture, enable secure AI-friendly data access, and run automated agentic pipelines while managing data engineering ICs.

Own the end-to-end consumer lifecycle from install through activation, engagement, subscription conversion, retention, and support. Build onboarding, messaging (email/push/in-app), AI-first support, cohort/churn analysis, dashboards, and scalable tooling integrations to improve DAU/MAU, D1/D7/D30 retention, LTV, ARPU, churn, and free-to-premium conversion.

Lead development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter/Dart across iOS, Android, and web. Implement scalable architecture, integrate GraphQL/backends, support native build and release pipelines, collaborate with product/design/AI teams, apply AI-assisted coding responsibly, troubleshoot performance and stability issues, and contribute to testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
