Lead and execute human factors evaluations to support design and certification of eVTOL aircraft and ground control stations. Develop task analyses, identify high-risk scenarios, plan studies, collect/interpret subjective and physiological data, and provide design and requirements recommendations across cross-functional teams.

Lead development and qualification test campaigns for safety-critical battery systems (BMS, HV/LV power electronics, power distribution). Own test lifecycle from requirements through execution and reporting. Design-review Altium schematics, interpret ICDs, build automated test frameworks with Python/LabVIEW, integrate HIL and lab equipment, perform root-cause analysis on hardware failures, and mentor junior test engineers.

The Electric Propulsion Motor Lead will design, test, and integrate electric motor systems for autonomous EVTOL aircraft, lead a team, and ensure certification compliance.

Lead the Energy Storage and Power System IPT to design, integrate, certify, and deliver aircraft battery packs, BMS, power distribution/conversion and charging systems. Provide cross-functional technical leadership, manage schedule/budget/risk, coordinate verification/validation and certification activities, and ensure technical maturity and on-time delivery of safety-critical systems.

Lead aircraft systems integration, ensuring design, verification, and certification readiness. Drive ARP4754/4761 compliance, safety analyses, trade studies, requirements decomposition, system validation, and end-to-end integration for flight test and certification.

Lead implementation and maintenance of the Safety Management System across design, manufacturing, and testing. Conduct and coach hazard and risk assessments, produce SMS documentation and visualizations, train staff, perform root cause analyses, standardize safety practices, and support regulatory approval. Onsite role based in Fremont.
