Senior Sales Engineer responsible for technical pre-sales, solution architecture, and POCs for enterprise clients. Demonstrates platform capabilities, architects integrations with SASE, firewalls, OSes, APIs, and SIEMs, and collaborates with sales, product, and engineering to drive adoption and inform roadmap. Represents the company at industry events and stays current on cybersecurity, AI compliance, and data governance trends.

Senior Sales Engineer partners with sales and engineering to deliver pre-sales demos, POCs, and solution architecture for AI governance and cybersecurity integrations, engaging enterprise clients, designing integrations (SASE, firewalls, OS, APIs, SIEM), and shaping product roadmap via customer feedback.

Provide hands-on technical support and escalation for AI security products, troubleshoot complex network/security issues (proxies, endpoints, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs), mentor TSE team, manage SLAs, develop documentation and training, collaborate with engineering/product, assist deployments, and analyze support metrics to improve processes.

Manage customer onboarding, integration, and technical support for a security platform. Act as technical advisor for network and AI security, provide training, create enablement resources, relay feedback to product/engineering, monitor account health, and resolve advanced firewall/proxy and authentication issues.

Own and grow relationships with channel partners to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. Recruit, onboard, and train partners; run joint business planning and enablement; coordinate with sales, marketing, and product; track partner performance and pipeline in CRM; enforce deal registration and represent the company at partner events and conferences.
