Designs, builds, and evaluates language models for AI security products. Responsibilities include dataset curation, preprocessing, LLM experimentation, safety and robustness evaluation, dashboards, knowledge graphs, model fine-tuning, production integration, monitoring, CI/CD, and ML tooling. Collaborates with researchers and data scientists to automate quality assurance and guardrails while delivering reliable, scalable, and interpretable models.

Senior Sales Engineer partners with sales and engineering to deliver pre-sales demos, POCs, and solution architecture for AI governance and cybersecurity integrations, engaging enterprise clients, designing integrations (SASE, firewalls, OS, APIs, SIEM), and shaping product roadmap via customer feedback.

Provide hands-on technical support and escalation for AI security products, troubleshoot complex network/security issues (proxies, endpoints, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs), mentor TSE team, manage SLAs, develop documentation and training, collaborate with engineering/product, assist deployments, and analyze support metrics to improve processes.

Manage customer onboarding, integration, and technical support for a security platform. Act as technical advisor for network and AI security, provide training, create enablement resources, relay feedback to product/engineering, monitor account health, and resolve advanced firewall/proxy and authentication issues.
