Worldwide Clinical Trials Benefits Overview

Leads the commercial learning and development strategy for a global CRO. Builds learning frameworks, competency models, curricula, onboarding programs, training content, and governance processes from the ground up. Consults with commercial leaders to identify capability gaps, facilitates workshops, supports commercial system onboarding and change communications, and measures learning effectiveness against business metrics. Requires strong instructional design, LMS management, stakeholder influence, communication, and facilitation skills, with travel up to 50%.

Leads business development and sales for late-phase clinical trial services across an assigned territory. Builds relationships with biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients, identifies Phase II-IV opportunities, develops account strategies, coordinates RFP/RFI responses and proposals, conducts client and bid-defense presentations, and represents the company at conferences. Maintains CRM and sales reporting, monitors competitors, coordinates sponsors with internal teams, and may mentor or manage business development staff. Extensive domestic and international travel is required.
