Research payer policies, coding guidelines, and billing rules; translate ambiguous decisions into product requirements; evaluate AI outputs and model improvements using real data; design agent coordination and human-AI workflows; and maintain consistent internal decision frameworks. The role partners with medical coders, billers, engineers, and forward-deployed product managers to improve accuracy across complex healthcare billing use cases.

Own customer deployments of an AI-powered healthcare revenue cycle platform. Build executive and frontline stakeholder trust, demonstrate ROI, drive adoption, train billing and coding teams, translate workflows into configuration requirements, manage timelines and dependencies, and partner with Product and Engineering. Travel to customer sites during pilots and go-lives, while refining deployment processes for greater independence and scale.

Generate qualified healthcare sales opportunities through nationwide conferences, trade shows, networking, outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Qualify leads, maintain pipeline data in HubSpot, coordinate meetings and follow-ups, and support the CEO with deal progression and stakeholder communication. The role offers direct exposure to the full sales cycle and a path to Account Executive and sales leadership responsibilities.

Build and scale Youlify’s AI-powered healthcare revenue cycle platform. Responsibilities include architecting customer portals, AI agent systems, billing pipelines, backend services, frontend components, and automation workflows. The role requires collaboration with AI researchers and healthcare experts, ownership of technical decisions, and contributions to engineering practices and mentorship. The position is onsite in Palo Alto and targets experienced engineers with strong Python backend expertise.
