Jr. Producer (Video), Creative Services (Contract)

About the Team
Based in SF, the Creative Services video team is an experienced group of creative professionals that specializes in audio-visual production in the entertainment marketing space. Our goal to produce effective and outstanding video content that will delight and engage our audiences, partners and internal stakeholders. We embody Ellation’s collaborative spirit so work closely with various internal and external teams to create and execute for digital and brand campaigns, as well as support internal and PR content needs. We specialize in producing trailers, promos, commercials, brand creative, VFX and motion graphics, sizzles, short-form features, and shoulder content.
Please note this is a 6 month contract position.
Location: San Francisco
Our headquarters is located in downtown San Francisco, where our group of cross-functional specialists assemble to create experiences for Crunchyroll and VRV’s passionate communities.
About You:
- Have a passion for film and the entertainment industry. Anime knowledge or fandom is a plus!
- 1-2 years of experience in a video post-production environment.
- 1-2 years of experience using a project management software (ideally Wrike)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
- Great multi-tasking abilities. Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Are well-organized, punctual, and able to communicate clearly and work independently.
- Have an understanding of marketing concepts and brand management
- Flexibility in competently handling competing priorities and changing expectations.
- Works well under pressure and prioritizing multiple different tasks
- A working knowledge of Premiere and Photoshop are a plus!
A day in the life of our Jr. Producer (Video), Creative Services:
- Stay in close communication with the Post Producer to manage deadlines and support all campaigns.
- Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining the editorial calendar and updating projects within our project management software; creating spreadsheets, and collaborating closely with other departments.
- Organization of folder structures, accurate naming schemes, etc. of all footage and finished content kept on shared area network storage.
- Act as an intermediary with vendors and contractors. Making sure to supply all support materials as needed, this includes preparing media and other assets for external utilization.
