We’re looking for someone to help Zumper maintain our content database of properties and listings. Our landlords and property owners have deep information, content, and data about their properties and this role will be responsible for on-boarding properties, maintaining the content, and aggregating content across many sources and ensures that all information is up-to-date and accurate. This role is a mix of data management, data analytics, and project management and works across all of our markets operationally.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create and maintain a central database of property content across all listings & markets
• Onboard new properties to the database, collect content/imagery/property data
• Coordinate with external vendors as needed to enhance central database of property content (i.e. photographers, videographers and more)
• Ensure content is legally compliant in each market (city/state/federal)

What We're Looking For

• Database or content management experience desired
• 1+ years work experience, startup experience a plus
• Ability to work autonomously across many functions of a business and interface with teams to drive operational excellence and efficiency
• Experience with Excel, SQL, Asana a plus
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
