Document new products and features
Identify and close content gaps alongside Support & Product Management
Organize our documentation; find opportunities to make resources more discoverable
Identify opportunities for product redesign or tighter in-product linkage to content
Review success metrics across documentation traffic and Support data
Evangelize the Help Center internally; inspire other teams to contribute to our knowledge base, especially with new ‘recipe’ ideas
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with technical writing, creative writing, or help and support content
Ability to synthesize large, complex problems into simple, easy-to-understand concepts
Strong written communication (content is clear, succinct, logical)
