Job Description

Wish is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Content Specialist to create and deliver a variety of sales enablement collateral that helps Wish expand its worldwide merchant base across North America, Latin America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and more regions. You will also be building an online learning community from scratch for these merchants to help them onboard and scale their e-commerce businesses on the Wish marketplace. If you have a strong penchant for creating engaging sales enablement assets, building a vibrant online community, and being part of a global initiative within one of the largest e-commerce companies, we want to hear from you!

What you'll be doing:

  • Create a diverse array of marketing collateral such as case studies, success stories, one pagers, and product guides to enable effective sales conversations that onboard and retain merchants.

  • Collaborate closely with a global Sales team to define marketing collateral’s tone and style appropriate for target audience from different merchant segments and regions worldwide.

  • Develop and maintain a central online hub of learning materials and best practices to drive merchant success each step of the way, from signing up, uploading products, to fulfilling orders, navigating logistics, and more.

  • Be the main point of contact for successfully delivering all sales enablement projects and assets on time, from intaking content requests, coordinating translation efforts with the Localization team, coordinating design, to managing project timelines.

  • Dig into product or feature details by working closely with merchant announcement Content Strategist and/or Product Managers to capture the latest Wish features in order to develop product value propositions and keep all contents up to date.

  • Ensure all sales enablement contents and channels are consistent, accurate, and clear; promptly update all contents as new features, programs, and policies are launched.

  • Proactively identify opportunities and solutions for iterating on processes to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality content delivery.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales enablement, content marketing, and/or online community building experience, ideally in a B2B environment

  • Experience building training content in the forms of webinar, newsletter, and/or blog posts a plus

  • A versatile and confident content creator who demonstrates the ability to take on a variety of sales enablement projects

  • You take pride in the breadth of your content creation experience supporting global Sales teams and target audiences

  • An open and effective communicator with proven track record of working cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Product Management, Engineering, Localization, and business teams for content-related projects

  • Highly responsible, resourceful, proactive, fearless, and detail oriented

  • Showcase a deep level of care, ownership, and meticulousness towards your craft

  • A penchant for using the right questions to navigate ambiguous situations involving multiple stakeholders

  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment and prioritize appropriately to meet project timelines; you will get to hit the ground running shortly after joining.

  • Remote work experience is a plus!
