Wish is seeking a passionate Senior UX Content Strategist to improve our product copy and overall experience within the Wish and Wish Local apps. The Senior UX Content Strategist will join the Product Creative team and collaborate with other writers, designers, marketers, and engineers on a variety of cross-functional projects.

What You'll Do:

• Own UX copy on the Wish Local app, our small business vertical
• Write UX copy and support other areas of the Wish app including Brands, Social, and UGC
• Contribute best practices and build structure into our UX writing flow
• Work closely with product designers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists to improve the usability and experience of each feature
• Participate in user research to inform decisions
• Maintain style guides and refine best-practices for UX writing at Wish

Who You Are:

• 4-7 years UX writing experience
• BA in English or other related discipline 
• Solid writing portfolio showcasing features you’ve owned
• Previous experience writing for localization preferred
• Able to lead projects independently
• A team player & cheerleader eager to celebrate success as a team
• Organized, detailed & creative
• Ability to write creative in a data-driven environment
