We are seeking an outstanding Contract Special Security Officer with 5 years of experience in US Industrial Security to join our dynamic Legal, Compliance and Ethics team. The successful candidate will be located in Vienna, Virginia, and report to the US Industrial Security Manager. The position requires a team player who can provide careful work product with minimal supervision in a very fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities

• Support ServiceNow Industrial Security Program in United States and abroad
• Serve as ServiceNow US Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) and
• Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) Ensures compliance with NISPOM, ICDs, DFARS, and other Executive Agency FAR Supplements with respect to Industrial Security, and international equivalents
• Provide security indoctrinations, debriefings, pre/post travel briefings and annual refresher briefings as necessary
• Maintain Personnel Clearances for ServiceNow employees and assist with the requirements for ServiceNow Facility Clearance
• Serve as primary ServiceNow Industrial Security point of contact for matters relating to SCI contracts
• Interact with Government and ServiceNow Channel partners to determine appropriate resource allocation and classified personnel needs to accommodate both ServiceNow and its customers, and partners, handle Visit Access Requests, and other standard routine Industrial Security processes
• Assist with the development, implementation and monitoring of security policies and procedures, to include the insider threat program
• Ability to handle emerging issues in Industrial and National Security arena related to ServiceNow's US expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Security and Government Contracting
• Prior in-depth experience as a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) and strong understanding of Industrial Security Programs
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance at the Top Secret with SCI Eligibility level or above
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage and regularly prioritize workload to meet deadlines and adjust to fluctuations in workload
• Possesses a practical, real world, collaborative approach to problem solving in the context of enterprise sales with the ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment
• Ability to remain flexible in a changing business environment
• Excellent communication skills
