- Work closely with product owners to develop a deep understanding of each of Embroker’s digital products and help keep a close pulse on their performance across all aspects of the product funnel
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to help define key performance indicators for each product, and help develop and maintain dashboards to track progress against these metrics
- Help develop, maintain, and refine detailed reporting on the performance of Embroker’s digital products both internally for key stakeholders and executives and externally for our strategic partners
- Be a key stakeholder in new product launches, including helping to identify and assess the product fit with Embroker’s existing portfolio, target customers, and optimal go-to-market strategies and helping develop key reporting metrics to measure success
- Make recommendations and help implement changes based on insights gained from detailed analyses of both internal business performance data and external market data
- Become a subject matter expert on Embroker’s digital products

- You have strong organizational skills and are able to manage competing deadlines for various stakeholders simultaneously
- You have excellent Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills and a basic understanding of (or a willingness to learn) SQL and / or Looker
Bonus Points!:

Our Pack at Embroker lives our values
- Pack First
We succeed and fail as one team. We always optimize for what is best for our entire organization. We communicate honestly and openly, treat each other with mutual respect, and assume positive intent in interactions.
- Create Magic
We deliver delightful experiences at every customer touchpoint and dedicate ourselves to make each one exceptional. We build transformational world-class products by applying our full creativity to find solutions to even the hardest problems.
- Be All-In
We make focused commitments. We are accountable to ourselves and each other to deliver on time. We move fast and attack challenges with relentless positivity. We build things that make us proud.
We believe that systemic structures and practices disproportionately disadvantage the most marginalized people in society — including people of color, people from working class backgrounds, women and LGBTQ people. We believe that these communities must be represented and included in the work we do, to make our Pack stronger, more creative, and improve the way we do business. We strongly encourage applications from people with these identities or who are members of other marginalized communities.
