Zumper is looking for an analytical Growth Analyst with experience diving into diverse data sets and leading multiple projects at once. This is a high visibility and excellent role for candidates that have relevant experience, with a lot of opportunities to grow and have a direct impact on the company’s growth. You will work cross-functionally with the business operations, product, marketing and analytics teams to drive initiatives and be the champion of analytics best practices, proven techniques, and data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, comfort with data and analysis, and willingness to dive in and execute will be key 

What You Will Do

  • Analyze day-to-day traffic performance and dig into results to find trends or anomalies
  • Measure effectiveness of marketing campaigns and design process improvements
  • Develop reporting structure for marketing channels and product features
  • Establish a deep understanding of Zumper customers that’s informed by data, and used to drive growth initiatives
  • Additional exposure to paid acquisition, product development, and A/B testing
  • Work cross-functionally across engineering, product, and operations

Who You Are

  • You have a minimum 2+ years of professional experience in a similar field or banking/consulting
  • You have strong quantitative abilities; Excel expertise, SQL experience a plus
  • Hardworking, personable, organized; you are an excellent communicator and a critical problem solver
  • Able to work cross-functionally and deal with ambiguity
  • Can adapt well to a fast-paced working environment
  • Professional, positive, upbeat in attitude
  • Possess a strong desire to learn
  • Hold a bachelor's degree
