Job Description
ServiceNow is embarking on an MDM transformation journey and the Data & Analytics organization is looking to build a strong Data & Analytics capability aimed core to the foundation of the MDM platform. As part of this effort, the team is serving as the core hub of knowledge on MDM, Intelligent Data, Analytics and data solutions, and successfully executing and managing core transformations. We are looking for a talented and driven individual to accelerate our efforts and be a major part of our data-centric culture. The MDM Delivery Lead is responsible for developing and managing the delivery of MDM programs. Top candidates will have excellent business engagement skills, customer service, excellent problem-solving, strong project management skills, and strong design thinking capabilities in delivering Intelligent Data, Analytics and Master Data solutions. The candidate will be required to partner with the IDC teams, business teams in EMEA & APJ, IT transformation team, Data & Analytics team, Infra & Security teams, and Dev Ops teams.

What you get to do in this role:
- Partner with BI and application teams to deliver high quality MDM programs and ongoing master data needs for the organization
- Lead a team of MDM developers to create new master data domains
- Be responsible for troubleshooting data issues and conducting root cause analysis when MDM data is in question
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the functionality of all MDM system hardware and software
- Work closely with the team and any services/system integration vendors on successful release management.
- Collaborate with architects and other BI teams to deliver projects
- Establish delivery and communication strategy milestones, ownership and drive successful execution
- Proactive monitoring of delivery activities, including active stakeholder management, and assuring collective delivery excellence
- Ensure excellent quality of deliverables and high customer satisfaction
- Provide rapid response, manage and drive production and delivery issues and risks to resolution and implement preventative action
- Assist with providing regular delivery updates and communication
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ IT/ Data Sciences/ Business Administration or related fields
- 10+ years of experience in managing and delivering business or IT projects
- 10+ years of relevant work experience (Finance, Sales systems and applications, Data Management and Data analytics)
- Experience in the full lifecycle of Data, Analytics and MDM solutions.
- 5+ years of experience working on MDM tools
- Experience in ad-hoc data analysis, solution design, reporting & dashboard development
- Practical and proven experience with technologies and frameworks in the area of Master Data Management, Analytics & Data Migration
