We are looking for a passionate and experienced People Analytics Manager to join our growing People Operations team (lovingly referred to as POps). Reporting to our Director of People Operations, you’ll be a key partner and founding team member of our People Analytics function. Collaborating with business leaders across the organization, you’ll use data insights to drive our decision making process. By the way, while we love a good box plot, we like to say we are data informed vs. data driven. This leaves room for creativity, and you’ll have the ability to influence our scaling organization in innovative ways.What You'll Be Doing
  • Act as an internal consultant by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners in collaboration with other members of the People team
  • Partner with global expansion teams, business leaders, and talent team to drive talent strategies in new geographic locations
  • Subject matter expert on topics of survey design/development, program measurement, performance measurement and feedback mechanisms
  • Generate insights and analysis to share with People Partners and Senior Leadership on key focus areas such as engagement, retention, and diversity and inclusion
  • Collaborate with members of the People Team to identify, standardize, and implement data & analytics solutions, including enhanced tools and process improvements
  • Manage people metrics and creation of materials for the CPO, Executive Team and People Leadership team, identifying key trends behind people data
  • Ability to translate data and insights into meaningful visualizations, presentations, and stories to drive strategy, action, and decision-making at executive levels, within the People Team, and with our people managers.
  • Own the employee survey process with a focus on sharing/consulting on the methods and resulting data with our People Partners and key business leaders
  • Develop training and prepare documentation to support the consistent adoption of data tools
  • Partner with the HRIS system owners, data science and other management teams to develop and implement Data Governance through partnering with key stakeholders
You Will Thrive In This Role If
  • Proven ability to use data, analytics, and business knowledge to solve complex business problems
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective presentation skills
  • Training and experience in research methods, survey methodology, and statistics, marketing or consumer behavior, social science, or other areas such as psychology, sociology, and economics
  • Subject matter expertise on topics of survey design/development, program measurement, performance measurement and feedback mechanisms
  • Experience translating strategic vision into actionable plans and make decisions with incomplete or imperfect information

New York City residents only: Minimum salary of $162,000/year + equity and benefits
