As a member of the Design team, you’ll work with Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll be collaborating cross-functionally and define, evolve, and execute Zumper’s visual language across all marketing channels.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the development and execution of creative assets for multi-channel integrated brand campaigns, including digital, social media, print, out of home, and other assets as needed
  • Be a model to the team on pragmatism and consistency, finding the perfect balance between speed and quality for each project
  • Partner closely with the Marketing team to identify impactful business problems and translate them into creative solutions that drive business metrics
  • Assist to ensure all visual communications across channels remain consistent and align with strategic business goals
  • Collaborate with the design team to contribute to Zumper’s design system and brand guidelines
  • Use storytelling to increase the business value of our brand
  • Be the source of truth for our brand and how it is evolving
  • Mentor team members on color theory and grid systems
  • Channel and manifest brand voice to meet our business objectives
  • Use your design prowess to create peace and stillness through visual design
  • Inspire the team with your grit, integrity, and infectious curiosity for learning

Who You Are

  • You have 3-5 years of brand or communication design experience
  • Hold a BFA or MFA in Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • An Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experienced with visual storytelling including infographics, data visualization, editorial design, web design, and integrated brand campaigns
  • Able to balance multiple projects at once, prioritize deadlines and move projects forward
  • Can think critically about your work and clearly articulate design decisions
  • You have strong digital production experience
  • Possess a keen understanding of how to build and maintain a brand across audiences and channels
