The Role
The Design team at Addepar shapes wealth managers’ digital experiences. By designing and delivering intuitive, easy-to-use products, we help wealth managers grow their businesses and provide best-in-class services to their clients. We take an agile, high-growth mindset and foster a client-centered work environment with a focus on constructive feedback and collaboration.
Wealth management is undergoing a technological transformation. Financial advisors need a better way to scale their businesses while meeting their clients’ financial needs. We’re looking for highly-qualified people who enjoy simplifying complexity and challenging the status quo to meet our goal of providing the best user experience in the industry.
We are currently seeking a Creative Designer to join our Design team, composed of Creative, Content, and Product Designers. We are passionate about advocating for user needs and delivering innovative, accessible, and beautiful products that redefine our clients day-to-day financial activities.
What You’ll Do
- Be a core member of the in-house Addepar design team
- Actively participate in all aspects of our creative process
- Collaborate with the Creative Design team to define and evolve the Addepar Corporate brand
- Partner with go-to-market stakeholders on key projects that drive towards our business objectives
- Partner with our People team on evolving our employee experience through design
- Support day-to-day Creative Design requests
- Partner with the creative lead to streamline the project management process
- Keep all Creative Design assets organized and accessible
- Develop an understanding of the Addepar platform
Who You Are
- You have a BA in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or Communications Design
- You showcase excellent typography, graphic design, brand, web, and illustration skills
- You have a highly elevated aesthetic
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You take a consultative and collaborative approach
- You are kind
- Motion graphics and/or animation skills a plus
