We’re seeking a talented, organized and dedicated creative problem solver to create in-house visual assets for our Marketing, Growth, PR, and Product teams as our Senior Brand Designer. As a member of the Design team, you’ll work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll be collaborating cross-functionally and define, evolve, and execute Zumper’s visual language across all marketing channels.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain Zumper’s brand 
• Share and solicit feedback from stakeholders and other designers
• Practice our design process to ship meaningful brand designs to support marketing campaigns
• Set and raise the bar for design excellence within our brand
• Inspire the team with your grit, integrity, and infectious curiosity for learning
• Mentor your peers on the methods and principles of visual design
• Assist to ensure all visual communications across channels remain consistent, on brand, and align with strategic business goals

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of design experience
• Empathetic, committed and curious in nature
• The ability to communicate the state and impact of your work to multiple departments and stakeholders
• A portfolio featuring examples of your design work
• Passion for our mission to help people find the perfect home
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience with visual storytelling including infographics, data visualization, editorial design, web design, and integrated brand campaigns
• Ability to balance multiple projects at once, prioritize deadlines and move projects forward
• You think critically about your work and clearly articulate design decisions
• Strong digital and print production experience
• Have a keen understanding of how to build and maintain a brand across audiences and channels
• BFA or MFA in Design or related field, or equivalent work experience
