Senior Product Designer, Team Success
Webflow is a visual web development platform that empowers non-coders to create incredible experiences for the web. We’re looking for an experienced product designer to partner with our cross-functional teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As a Senior Product Designer working on Team Success, you’ll design exceptional experiences to address some of the biggest challenges facing our customers today: teams designing and building in Webflow. Your work will serve teams of all sizes, ranging from small agencies to large Enterprise clients. You will partner closely with engineering and product to ensure our features solve the needs of designers, marketing teams, business owners and more. Our team has ambitious goals and your work will empower teams of all sizes to build world-class websites and businesses, together seamlessly!

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll …
- Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex problem spaces and identify potential solutions through low-fidelity deliverables
- Deliver high-fidelity designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers
- Regularly engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
- Collaborate with other product designers and teams to identify opportunities for and impact of collaboration and enterprise features across the product experience

About you
You’ll thrive as a Senior Product Designer if you:
- Start with customers and champion customer insights in your process
- Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear plans and iterate through solutions
- Effectively organize and communicate your thoughts to teammates and across teams
- Are able to manage your work autonomously
- Can navigate and quickly move forward within a scaling company building a complex visual development platform
- Have experience designing products that enable users to work together, though this isn’t a hard requirement!
If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying. Studies show that you can still be considered for a role if you meet just 50% of the role’s requirements.
