Sr. Instructional Designer

YOUR MISSION
Reporting into the Head of Learning, you will work with internal and external subject matter experts to design and develop learning content in the form of video, live instruction and “how-to” documentation.
This role is highly collaborative, and the successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a diverse set of responsibilities. Your creativity and ability to communicate concepts and methodologies in ways that can easily be understood by others are your greatest assets.
In this role you will:
- Complete all stages of the ADDIE, or AGILE, instructional design models
- Build strong relationships with third party content creators and partners
- Manage relationships with freelancers
- Create “how-to” documentation and other job aids
YOUR PROFILE
- A minimum of three years of experience designing and developing learning content for customers
- Experience developing learning experiences using human centered design principles, a plus
- Experience successfully managing cross-functional projects with complex stakeholder involvement, and complicated timelines and deliverables
- Strong verbal and technical writing skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to balance needs of the business and our customers
- Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, global organization
- Someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys bringing order to chaos
- Experience in a startup or high growth environment, a plus
