The opportunity

We are seeking a Front End Engineer to develop Unity’s customer-facing websites. As a member of this team you will be moving the technology forward to help more people discover our real-time 3D software.

Working with a variety of web technologies you can deliver performant web sites and understand the different requirements that are brought upon by responsive design, good user-experience and high levels of traffic.

Is communication core to how you work? Engaging with other specialists throughout Unity will be important!

What you’ll be doing

• Developing our next-generation web platform with ReactJS and GraphQL
• Supporting our existing web sites using a mixture of old and new tech and improving them as we go

What we’re looking for

• Skilled with a broad range of front-end web development including ReactJS
• Proficiency crafting mobile-first and cross-browser friendly websites
• Knowledge of how Accessibility and User Experience affect what we build

You might also have

• Full stack experience including architecting APIs, working with GoLang and hosting on cloud platforms
• Experience working with CMS-based systems (e.g. Drupal)
• Knowledge of GraphQL
