ABOUT THE ROLE 🤹

Our team builds and maintains user onboarding across web and mobile. From a user’s first visit to truebill.com through their first few days of using the app, our code makes sure their first interactions with Truebill are seamless, useful, and delightful.

We partner closely with the growth and marketing teams on tools and integrations that help them understand our users in a privacy-conscious way.

Our work changes week-to-week, but some of the things we regularly tackle:

• Building alternative UIs across web and mobile to A/B/n test better user experiences and business outcomes, or developing tooling for non-developers to do the same.
• Collaborating with the data team to expand, improve, and debug our data pipeline.
• Helping other dev teams understand and leverage our marketing, data, and analytics stacks.
• Integrating a wide range of vendor products to help our growth, marketing, and data science teams surface insights about user analytics, attribution, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Proactively investing in the the tooling and developer experience of Truebill’s backend, web and mobile repositories.

ABOUT YOU 🦄

• You have 5+ years of professional experience, ideally working with some combination of Node/TypeScript, React (or similar framework), GraphQL, and Postgres (or similar relational database).
• You enjoy collaborating with a wide range of teams, using your technical skills to help them accomplish their goals.
• You either have some experience in growth/marketing engineering, or find it interesting and are curious to learn more.
• You write clean, reliable code across a variety of platforms.
