As a Solutions Architecture Manager, you will oversee members of the Integrations team designing, delivering and scaling integrations between Blend and major customer systems of record. This high visibility role acts as a point of escalation for client projects and will work with teams from across the company to rapidly implement and improve our product offerings and provide project leadership.

How you’ll contribute:

  • Manage a growing team of Solution Architects where you’ll be directly responsible for project staffing, capacity planning, and career development of the team
  • Oversee a portfolio of integrations projects where you will ensure customer satisfaction, delivery quality/efficiency, and project health
  • Closely collaborate with Blend’s Product and Delivery teams to develop feature delivery strategies, serving as the Integrations voice of expertise
  • Act as a point of escalation for integration development engagements with Customers and Partners
  • Develop team members’ skillsets in lockstep with individuals’ career aspirations and our landscape’s changing technical requirements/standards
  • Contribute to scoping efforts for new projects in partnership with Blend’s commercial and solutions teams
  • Partner with Blends’s Customer Success Operations team to develop, own, and champion process improvements to internal team operations and planning as we grow and scale

Who you are:

  • 3+ years in a comparable role; managing teams responsible for Solutions definition and execution
  • 3+ years of experience in technology delivery projects
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
  • Experience in directly managing clients and advocating for their needs within a growing organization
  • Project management experience (scope control, budgeting, and resource management/forecasting)
  • Excitement for scaling a team’s operations from a people, process and technology standpoint
  • World class communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor a team of individual contributors owning technical client delivery
  • Ability to propose creative technical solutions to challenging problems and communicate technical concepts clearly and efficiently
  • Strong agency to execute with minimal oversight
  • Passionate leader who can inspire and motivate team members

  • Integrations development experience as an engineer
  • Experience managing third party development-driven projects
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience with office productivity tools including Asana, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, and Salesforce
