As a Video Players Specialist on Reddit’s Media Delivery Team, you’ll use your knowledge of debugging, profiling, and writing efficient code to help Reddit become an efficient content-serving machine.  This is a critical role for enabling Reddit's future growth plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience developing client-side video solutions.
• 4+ years of combined experience developing on either iOS, Android, or both.
• Strong preference is given for deep experience with any of:
• Video player implementation
• Video analytics
• CDNs and global distribution
• Streaming video
• Codec engineering
• C++
• Python
• Machine learning
• Computer vision
