About this Role
We’re seeking a Software Engineer to own and develop core new features of our software. This is a unique opportunity to be a high-impact, early member of the company. Reporting directly to one of our Engineering Managers, you'll play a key role in developing our world-class product.
Your Impact
- Own the development of our public facing sites, including the primary customer dashboard.
- Build and maintain high quality, production code.
- Design, build, and optimize the frontend UI and backend APIs required for the product.
- Participate in product roadmap discussions as we grow and evolve the product.
- Stay informed of industry best practices.
About You
- Relevant Software Engineering Experience: Through past projects and/or internships, you've demonstrated the ability to write high-quality software that has been deployed to production, following software development best practices. (Bonus, Not Required: You have experience with some of the technologies we use. Sprig’s infrastructure runs on AWS and is built with React, Node.js, Redis, and Postgres.)
- Growth Mindset: You have an appetite for learning, building, and quickly iterating based on what you learn.
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills: You can effectively document and explain the technical work that you've done.
