Reddit is looking for a marketer with technical acumen to oversee the Reddit for Business’ digital properties. We need someone who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution to establish the foundational needs in this area. This role is focused on ensuring cohesion across B2B web experiences and driving the launch of our new business site. 

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, vision and own roadmap for Reddit for Business digital properties, including business site launch
• Recommend, design, and develop site architecture and tools to ensure best in class user experience, website performance, site tracking to acquire and retain active advertisers
• Establish framework to support internationalization and localization
• Implement technical SEO best practices including content structure, tags and data cataloguing
• Build a library of scalable modules and templates to leverage in marketing programs 
• Deliver a user-friendly CMS and develop oversight into management
• Run the website experimentation program to achieve site improvements such as site performance, UX, navigation, form conversions, and personalization
• Manage cross-functional projects with internal and external partners across design, development, and broader marketing team to develop omnichannel marketing campaigns that 
• Own relationship with outsourced developers
• Collaborate with infrastructure security team to evaluate hosting, video streaming & A/B testing tools to drive efficiencies, quality & performance
• Define processes and timely solutions for reported site outages or bugs across digital properties
• Monitor website KPIs to identify trends and areas of opportunity while analyzing user behavior and partner with performance lead to deliver regular reporting

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in web development role
• 2+ years managing people 
• Experience working with global sites that support multiple languages
• Direct experience with standard web technology, including HTML, CSS, Javascript, TypeScript, and APIs, experience with React and JQuery preferred, experience with Python and SQL a plus
• Proven experience with Content Management Systems
• Familiarity with site analytics such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, BrightEdge, SEO Clarity is preferred
• Comfortable defining process through ambiguity; able to pivot to emerging business needs
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
