Wish is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This person will be responsible
for building, updating, and owning financial models and conducting variance analysis. This role
will work cross-functionally with our different departments to build models and dashboards to
understand data and trends.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical and consultative mindset, the ability to thrive in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment delivering against tight deadlines, flexibility and adaptability to
take on new projects, and a passion for scaling operations through automation.

What You'll Do
- Assist in preparing monthly financial forecasts and annual budgets
- Update financial models and identify appropriate modifications/adjustments to forecast
- Perform actual verses budget variance analysis and generate variance reports for management
- Analyze business and financial data to support strategic business decisions
- Provide financial analysis support to various departments when needed
- Analyze performance metrics to identify key drivers for expenses, revenues and business risks
- Work on ad-hoc analyses as requested and regularly streamline processes and workflows
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years of corporate finance experience from public company, investment banking or equivalent roles at a high growth environment
- BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative discipline from a reputable institution
- Experience working in high-growth company or division, working closely with cross-functional teams and operating managers
- Demonstrated experience producing accurate, board-level reporting, and operating in an environment with rigorous forecast and variance reporting accountability
- Must have advanced Excel skills, and (nice to have) systems experience such as Netsuite, Host Analytics, and/or other data analytics tools
- Solid understanding of US GAAP financial statements. Internet/e-commerce experience highly preferred
- Experience in inventory management highly desirable
- SQL experience a plus
